Exchange Policies
Our aim is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
• If for any reason you wish to exchange a purchased product, you can do so within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, provided that you have not previously made an exchange.
• If you are in Medellín, exchanges are only available on Tuesdays from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm at our physical store. Otherwise, exchanges are not possible.
• If you want to exchange items or products purchased through our website, please consider the business days (30 calendar days after the product's delivery by the courier) for the exchange. Please note that as a customer, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the item or product. Prior to this, you must request the exchange via email at Pqrdmaria@gmail.com, explaining your case and providing your personal details.
• Product exchanges will only be made for items of equal or higher value.
• Refunds will only be issued in case of an error on our part.
• Discounted items are non-exchangeable.
• If we do not have inventory available to fulfill an exchange request, you will have the option to choose another product as a replacement within the specified exchange period.
Upon receiving the item for return (national and international shipments), our company has fifteen (15) business days for our warranty department to assess the condition of the item(s). Once this assessment is completed, our team will provide a response regarding the exchange process.
To exercise your right to an exchange, the products must meet the following requirements:
• The item must not have been worn.
• All tags, both internal and external, must be attached.
• The item must be free from dirt and show no signs of use, such as deodorant, makeup, cigarette smoke, alcohol, perfume, or any other odors not characteristic of the item.
• The item must not show signs of exposure to chemicals or bleach.
• It must not be faded.
• The item must not have been altered or modified by the consumer.
• The fit of the item must be perfect.
• The print, appliques, or embroidery must not have inconsistencies due to washing, ironing, or tampering.
• The item must be in the same condition as when purchased.
• The original label must be preserved. We recommend trying on items before removing them (applies to in-store purchases).
• You must present the purchase receipt and the buyer's gift certificate.
• Promotional items are non-exchangeable.
• Undergarments, leggings, bodysuits, crop tops, swimsuits, white items, sequins, lace, embroidery, brocade, distressed jeans, acetate items, accessories, bags, hats, belts, headbands, shawls, chiffon or silk tulle (veil, silk gauze), and jewelry are non-exchangeable.
• For footwear, it must be returned in its box, clean, without scratches, wear, folds, improper cleaning, heel or sole breakage due to incorrect use.
Dmariastore emphasizes that each garment or accessory is meticulously inspected by our staff before being shipped.
Refund Process
In accordance with Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, the right of withdrawal must be exercised within five (5) business days. The right of withdrawal will be considered exercised by the consumer when the withdrawal faculty is used, and the consumer must return the product to the manufacturer or supplier by the same means and in the same condition as received. The consumer will cover the transportation costs and other expenses associated with the return of the product. The maximum period to exercise the right of withdrawal is five (5) business days from the delivery of the product or the signing of the contract in the case of service provision.
The following products are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
• Undergarments, leggings, bodysuits, crop tops, swimsuits, white items, sequins, lace, embroidery, brocade, distressed jeans, acetate items, accessories, bags, hats, belts, headbands, shawls, items with accessories, chiffon or silk tulle (veil, silk gauze), and jewelry.
• Discounted products.
• Refunds or reversals for debit and credit card purchases will be processed within a maximum of 30 business days from the moment the store receives the product and verifies that it is in good condition according to our established policies.
• As per company policy, refunds will be made via transfer only to Bancolombia savings, checking, and mobile banking accounts. The customer who made the purchase must request the refund via email at pqrdmaria@gmail.com.
• For credit card refunds, the timing will depend on the card's billing cycle and the financial institution's processing times; this may take up to 2 months (internal policies of the bank and/or financial institution).
• Refunds will only be issued in the event of an error in shipping by the company.
Shipping Cost
At the time of making your purchase, the shipping cost will appear as an additional amount to the selected products and can be clearly identified before completing your order. This cost will be assumed and must be paid by the customer during the checkout process.
The shipping cost varies according to the weight, height, length, and depth of the package.
The value of insurance for each order will be the purchase amount and must be assumed by the customer at the time of checkout to protect the financial resources invested by the customer. This applies to both domestic and international shipments.
Loss of Packages
In the event of a lost package by the shipping company, our store will take the necessary steps to claim the insured value (purchase value) and initiate the refund process or schedule the shipment of the items, provided they are available in Dmariastore's inventory.
Taxes and Customs Duties for International Shipments
Upon arrival in your country, the contents of your order may be subject to customs duties (taxes, fees, processing charges, brokerage fees, etc.), which are the responsibility of the customer receiving the order. These expenses are beyond the control of the seller. Therefore, we recommend that you consult with your local customs office before placing an order. The seller cannot calculate customs duties, taxes, fees, etc. Therefore, we recommend that you contact local authorities or the customs office for detailed information.
Availability of Our Products
Dmariastore informs the customer that the units available on the website correspond to the stock in our warehouse. In no case will Dmariastore intentionally offer more units than are available. Our items are limited, and it is possible that before selecting and making payment for a product, it may be sold out due to the high turnover of our products. Therefore, this does not constitute false advertising.
Dmariastore announces that in cases where it is difficult to maintain control, such as human errors or incidents in the computer systems, where the available inventory quantity differs from the order placed, Dmariastore will inform the customer via email of the total or partial cancellation of their order so that they can select new items for their order or, if the customer requests a refund, it will be processed in accordance with the "Refund Process."
We also want to inform you that we will strive to have the same products both on our website and in our physical store. However, some of the items you see on our website may not be available in the physical Dmariastore location.
Also, we want to inform you that D´maria operates independently when it comes to configuring our website inventory. This means that we can upload and remove images without prior notice to our customers because our inventory experiences high turnover. Regarding our products, most of them come in sizes S – M – L.
Jeans are available in odd sizes for the most part, and some of our items are offered in one-size-fits-all.
